买了一晚上了。说是1-2h开通，到现在一晚上了。连个动静都没有，而且还不许发工单
Common issue & how to proceed.

Virtual server not found on the manage product page means that your service is not properly linked to the VPS control panel. We are aware of this issue. Please do not create a ticket, and if you did create one, please close it. This will ensure we can correct this as quickly as possible and there is no need to contact us.

Order rejected means you should find the "Resolving issue & completing your order" ticket and reply there with the relavent information. Do not make a new ticket or it will be rejected. Confirm if you can pay via Alipay or Cryptocurrency, and if we you have store credit or credit card on file for instant authorization.

For orders paid but cancelled please provide the order ID or service name, as well as the Invoice ID you paid. Finally, let us know what payment method, and the transaction ID such as Alipay transaction ID, or PayPal transaction ID, Coinpayments ID, or for credit/debit provide the last 4 digits of your card nunmber.

Do not create multiple tickets and please always wait at least a few hours for the issue to be resolved on its own.
