Hello MJJ,

We plan to patch Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) to remove a deprecated TLS cipher between Jan 6th, 2020 and Feb 5th 2020. Once we remove the deprecated TLS cipher, Active Directory (AD) Bridge instances or programs running on older versions of Windows will be unable to connect to the Oracle Identity Cloud Service.
Please review the list of supported Windows versions below, and contact Oracle Support if you have questions about this change or if you need more time to upgrade Windows systems on which you run an AD Bridge instance.

How will this affect my service?
Customers who run AD Bridge instances or programs on the following Windows versions will no longer be able to connect to Oracle Identity Cloud Service after this change:
• Microsoft Windows Server versions prior to Windows Server 2016
• Microsoft Windows 10 versions prior to 1607
Customers who do NOT run AD Bridge instances or connect to IDCS from a Windows server, will not be affected by this change.

Will my service experience any downtime?
No, your service will not experience downtime as part of this change.
